Payment on the site is for the service selected in the booking system, including:

The clinic does not provide emergency response through the website, telephone or WhatsApp.

▫️ Initial evaluation session (approx. 70 min) — ₪2700
▫️ Follow-up session (approx. 40 min) — ₪860
▫️ Medical letters / interim summaries — ₪2400
📄 A short visit summary will be sent at no charge within up to 7 business days of the request.

🧠 Neurofeedback treatment
▫️ Assessment session and protocol planning (approx. 60 min) — ₪1400
▫️ Treatment session including clinical follow-up (approx. 40 min) — ₪860
▫️ Home treatment with dedicated equipment — ₪1200 per month (includes software, remote monitoring and ongoing adjustments).
ℹ️ A course of 30–60 sessions is usually required.

◈ Booking an appointment
Payment in advance reserves the appointment slot.
A booking is considered confirmed once payment has been completed and confirmation received.
An appointment for which payment has not been settled is not reserved.

◈ Changing or cancelling an appointment
▪️ Changing an appointment 48 hours or more in advance — free of charge.
▪️ Change or cancellation less than 48 hours in advance — 50% of the appointment fee will be charged.
▪️ Change or cancellation less than 24 hours in advance, or no-show — full charge.
▪️ Changing an appointment 3 times in a row, or postponing an appointment by more than 30 days — a ₪300 handling fee.
Refunds, where due under this policy and applicable law, will be made within up to 14 business days.

◈ Cancellation of a transaction under the law
Cancellation of a transaction will be carried out in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 5741–1981, the regulations enacted under it and any other applicable law, to the extent they apply to the services provided by the clinic.
Nothing in these terms derogates from consumer rights under the law.
