▪️ Change your appointment up to 48 hours in advance — subject to availability — free of charge.▪️

Change or cancellation less than 48 hours in advance — 50% of the appointment fee will be charged.▪️

Change or cancellation less than 24 hours in advance or no-show — full charge.

▪️ Changing an appointment 3 times in a row or postponing an appointment for more than 30 days — treatment fee 300 NIS.

Refunds, as far as they arrive in accordance with policy and legal provisions, will be made within up to 14 business days.

Cancellation of a transaction in accordance with the law. Cancellation of a transaction will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, the regulations enacted pursuant to it, and any other mandatory law, to the extent that they apply to the services provided by the clinic. Nothing in these regulations shall derogate from the consumer's rights under the law.
